Location, location, location! This brand new three bedroom town home is located in Old Town Winter Park, about 1/4 mile from the Winter Park Ski Resort and on the free shuttle route! We think that you will love the classic mountain feel of this town home. Rustic decor includes comfortable leather furniture and a large stone fireplace.
 

The main level of the town home consists of two bedrooms each with a queen bed and bathroom. A garage is also on this lower living level. The upper level of the town home showcases the main living area with an open floor plan design including the kitchen, dining area and living room. You can have two or more cooks in this spacious kitchen with plenty of room to move around and to cook those delicious family or small group meals! A small half bath is tucked in behind the kitchen conveniently for guests. The living room has a TV (cable), VCR, and stereo plus a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the Colorado mountain view from the covered deck that is also located on this level.

 


The master suite, located on the upper level of this lovely vacation rental has a queen bed and private luxury bathroom. The rest of the bedding in the other bedrooms consists of queen beds. We mentioned the queen sleeper sofa above but also wanted to mention the queen murphy bed completing the bedding for ten people in the fourth bedroom. The two best features of this town home: Location, location! 200 yards from Winter Park Resort, and the second, all the bedding to create additional lodging space for your family or small group.
