You will be delighted that you chose Porcupine Ridge as your vacation rental! This four bedroom beauty is located in Fraser, Colorado and in one of the new neighborhoods called "The Cabins at Porcupine Ridge". Families or a small group of friends will enjoy the convenience and location of this mountain home as it is minutes from the grocery store in Fraser and restaurants/shopping in downtown Winter Park. Activities are also super close with trails nearby for hiking or mountain biking and of course skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park Resort. Transportation to these activities are easy by either walking or driving. In the winter, easily access the free town shuttle by driving to Winter Park and parking in the free parking garage.
 


This lodging property is luxuriously decorated with decadent high end furnishings. Granite counter tops, which are so appealing in a vacation rental, can be found in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home boasts a spacious floor plan and two master suites, creating the perfect lodging space for families or a small group. The third bedroom has a king bed and shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom, a really great kids room, has four twin bunk beds creating a lot of sleeping spots in this home. Additional amenities in this lodging location include a private hot tub and internet.
 

The best two features of this home are: a spacious floor plan with a lot of beds and second the convenient location close to Fraser, the town of Winter Park and Winter Park Resort. We had to add one last one great feature for a total of three: the views of Byers Peak from this home are extraordinary!
